The location is convenient, only a short walk to Taksim Square. The gym facilities were excellent. They were fully equipped with all the machines one could need. The breakfast attendant UFUK ALI was helpful.
The staff asked me to sign for an amount that was more than promised. The confusion arose because the price was quoted in euros. The bill was printed in Turkish lira, hard to notice the difference. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the bathroom. (Luckily, I brought my own.)

The gym features three treadmills. The pool area includes twenty loungers. Breakfast each morning offered many options (i LOVED the fresh pastries!).

Charmed by the Stay

The room had a nespresso coffeemaker and a turkish bath. Breakfast had many tasty options. Staff was efficient. I found a excellent pool area that offered a tranquil escape within the city, it was well kept and it got ample seating.
I observed that the reception staffs weren't very friendly. The wait time for check in stretched beyond 15 minutes. I felt a deposit requirement was unnecessary.

The hotel is near lively taksim square. It is a short walk from there to the metro station. A pedestrian bridge behind the hotel allowed safe crossing to taksim square.

During my breakfast, i noticed a staff member named yeter hanim. She was bubbly and chirpy. She served with a bright smile and a dancing step occasionally. Her boss, ufuk bey, seemed equally hospitable.

I was excited for a relaxing stay, but it didn't quite meet expectations. the gym was small and felt a bit outdated. I noticed some equipment was out of order. also, the breakfast buffet got very crowded, and sometimes it was hard to find a clean table. we loved the pool. but the pool bar service was rather slow, and the staff seemed understaffed during peak hours.
